For the past four summers, Andrea has been working on boats. Her journey began as a stewardess on the mini cruiser Esperanza, where she honed the essential skills needed for the role. Subsequently, she continued her career on similar vessels. These roles provided her with ample opportunities to interact with people, leading to the development of exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Outside of her professional life, Andrea finds joy in reading books and dancing. She has been passionately pursuing dance for nearly 12 years as a member of KUD Dalmacija. Petar was born in Karvina, Czech Republic. His permanent residence is in Split, Croatia. He attended the Zadar Vocational School, where he qualified as a Building Technician. Petar’s maritime career began in 1990, during which he gained extensive experience working as a waiter before transitioning to the role of Chef. Throughout his career at sea, he has worked on various types of vessels, including large cruise ships operated by renowned companies such as Royal Caribbean, Festival Cruises, and Sun Cruises. During his time with Royal Caribbean, he not only honed his culinary skills but also mastered the Italian language alongside standard English.
In addition to his maritime experience, Petar has worked as a Chef in several well-established restaurants in Split. However, driven by his passion for the sea, he chose to return to ship-based work. For the past seven years, he has served as a Chef on deluxe and deluxe superior category yachts owned by Katarina-line, one of the most prestigious companies operating in the Adriatic region. With a rich background that combines both land-based and maritime culinary experiences, Petar is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences aboard luxury yachts. Over the past three consecutive years, he has been recognized and awarded as the Best Chef in the Fleet. In this capacity, he has also taken on the responsibility of creating menus for the highest categories of vessels within this esteemed fleet.
In addition to his culinary expertise, Petar is deeply passionate about sports, having engaged in various physical activities from an early age. His interests include running, yoga, and boxing among others. He maintains a healthy lifestyle as a non-smoker.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of charter fee. To cover following costs, but not limited to: food and beverages for the Charter Party, port fees, national park entrances, fuel for Personal Watercraft*, shipping agents fees, custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer's request, shoreside transport and excursions.
